Is RIM ablaze road to the development of Mobile HTML5 for developers? – BerryReview

If You haven’t been paying attention to the RIM makes a great focus on developing mobile browsers/web and HTML5 as a platform for the BlackBerry OS and BlackBerry 10 guidelines. A friend of mine sent me a huge list of articles by their 2012 Sencha HTML5 wishlist and it’s interesting to see that their number one wishes to “better Mobile Browser Debugging” thing has been done since the guidelines on the BlackBerry and the BlackBerry Smartphone launch now have it too. As someone once told me the best way to debug websites/HTML5 App for every mobile platform is on the BlackBerry guidelines.

Everything else is a Sencha highlighted WebGL will come within the guidelines of the BlackBerry OS 2.0 next month along with compliance and standardization in the browser to support HTML5. In front of it the BlackBerry Tablet OS 1.0 guidelines still holding its own in the rank HTML5Test and beta OS 2.0 coming outranks all competition guidelines t. Better Yet the latest beta OS 2.0 guidelines improve things even further with a score of 342.

If you are a web developer/HTML5 that I really want to know what you think RIM’s efforts in this direction. RIM has yet to release one of their own applications as HTML5 WebWorks apps but they push strongly in that direction. Let us know what you think!
